We were founded in 2008 and have been been committed to delivering comfortable and practical designs for individual homes and offices that give great pleasure. Linda will lead your project from discussions to concept and onto implementation and completion. We strongly believe that good quality design is life enhancing and deliver it in every project we undertake. Each project is seamlessly executed and beautifully finished, no matter how large or small.

Each project commences with our free information gathering meeting with clients at their property.

This is an opportunity to discuss their project aspirations and desires in detail and take the brief. During this meeting we ascertain the client’s lifestyle, personality, their desired style and tastes. We like to learn what is important to them in creating a scheme that will enhance their life and lifestyles. We also use this opportunity to identify any issues or dislikes before planning the design of the project.

We discuss budgets and time scale so that the project can progress smoothly. This meeting is followed up with a written report and proposal to the client. We believe that it is extremely important to communicate effectively and engage with our clients as the project evolves.

On receiving our client’s brief a concept scheme is created for discussion. We produce mood boards to demonstrate styles, colours, furniture, window treatments including fabrics and accessories. At this stage we will give a draft costing which will include estimated costs for any trades work.
Once the design has been agreed with the client a detailed costing will be shared at a meeting. This will include each element in the room and a detailed project total. Great care is taken to procure the right items at the best prices for the project and trade discount is given to each client where available.

A fee will be charged to procure each item which will include price, delivery and implementation.

The design programme is created and agreed with the client. Progress of the project is managed and monitored on a regular basis. Any issues that arise during the project are resolved in a timely and pragmatic manner in order to maintain quality and timely conclusion. Any snagging issues would be resolved quickly and efficiently to the client’s satisfaction.

Once the construction and decoration is complete we coordinate the delivery and positioning of all furniture, furnishings and accessories. We can dress with the clients existing accessories and hang artwork in pre-agreed positions to create the finished look.
